@spun_off @spun_off @Pan_Natek @kondziu the next level in the meta-game is to alternate the Normal tanks with tanky Pokémons that resist machamp's Fighting moves. Wobbuffet, tentacruel or Togekiss are used for this, for instance. Even if the attacker is aware of the strategy, it forces them to switch the attacking Pokémon and lose time
@spun_off @Pan_Natek @kondziu the last time I actually made a spreadsheet to rank Pokémons for tankiness, the top 3 were of Normal type (blissey, chancey, snorlax ). So you'd want to include at least one machamp in any general-purpose team for taking out gyms.
